Dr Harvey Plouffe is a clinical psychologist with several decades of experience in the helping professions as a counsellor and psychologist. He utilizes hypnotherapy, self-relations therapy and systems therapy with a Jungian theoretical overview. He enjoys working with a variety of issues such as marital therapy, PTSD, anxiety disorders, depression and dysthymia. He believes that humour is an important part of the healing process as well as ritual and metaphor.
