Art Therapy is the use of drawing and other art forms in a therapeutic setting to facilitate sharing and discussion between the client and the therapist. It is a non-verbal psychotherapy that came into prominence in the 1930’s. There are two basic concepts in art therapy theory: art is a healing form of expression, and there are strong connections between a person’s expression through art and the person’s psychological health.
Jen is an expert in Art Therapy and facilitates individuals, couples, groups and workshops.
